The song Father & Daughter by Paul Simon was featured in the movie: the Wild Thornberrys. The animated movie was about the Thornberry family, who live traveling around the world like some sort of conservationists. Eliza is the main character, who is a girl that can talk to animals. She helps save the day in more than one occasion, using her unusual powers. This helped set the mood for the movie. It was also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song. Anyhow, this was not the only of his hits. All of his records are special events in themselves. He led a very successful career due to his talent, and his unflinching nature of being true to himself.
