Why Cry is a song that is probably one of the most acclaimed. The interested user, or the fan can listen to it on the official website. It was considered by many critics as a soaring song. It has a powerful electric guitar rhythm. However, it has other songs that have a great potential, like Teahouse of the Spirits, Bloody Mary and Night One. Each of these can be listened on the band’s site. The experience of listening to this music is something of a reminiscence to the mid-nineties. Ten years have passed since the peak of alternative rock. Now, there seems to be a rebirth of groups that keep the trend going.
Why did Panic Channel Appear: It was a surprise when Jane’s Addiction (the band) decided to separate in June 2004. The former members of this band, Dave Navarro, Chris Chaney and Stephen Perkins united with Steve Isaacs (from Skycycle) to form this new band. They all knew each other for quite some years back. The band became a reality in December 2004, when they made their first live appearance at the Key Club, in Los Angeles. They launched their first debut album in CD, (ONe) on August 15, 2006, via Capitol Records. The name Panic Channel comes from the state of panic induced by the world media, as well as a way to channel the energy throught their music. The energy passes inside and outside of the room through their songs. It is a whole spiritual affair.
